The best time to schedule a flu clinic in Arizona is mid-October thru early December—most flu strains don’t hit our region until after the New Year. Payment can be handled in several ways: company full reimbursement, employee/participant full reimbursement and company/employee cost sharing. Some major insurance companies cover the full cost of the Flu and Pneumonia shots. Please call for details. Our standard fees for the 2011-2012 flu season are $30 flu and $65 pneumonia per participant.
